Shipping and Delivery

When placing an order, shipping costs will be added. Shipping costs differ depending on the destination: 

  • Mainland Portugal: €3,50

  • Azores and Madeira: €5,00

  • Mainland Spain: €7,00

  • Spanish Islands and Ceuta: €20,00

  • Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Sweden, and The Netherlands: €10,00

  • Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia: €15,00

 

The shipping costs will be borne on orders over €30,00 in mainland Portugal and on orders over €120,00 in Europe.

LAGOFRA is not responsible for any damage or loss in shipment. To avoid possible damages in shipment that are not our/your responsibility and so that they are imputed to the carrier, we request the delivery slip filling, according to this:

  1. The goods must be checked when received, and if any sort of damage is found, it will be necessary to identify it in the “Recipient Reservations and Observations” field or equivalent, in the carrier’s delivery slip;

  2. If it is impossible to verify the goods upon receipt, mention “Not checked” in the “Recipient Reservations and Observations” field, or equivalent. In this case, the occurrence of any type of damage will have to be identified, properly documented, and communicated to LAGOFRA on the same day, until 5:45 pm for orders received in the morning or until 1 pm of the following day for orders received in the afternoon, so that liability can be assigned to the carrier.

 

If the products show non-compliance or damage, the customer/reseller must report them to LAGOFRA within a maximum 24-hour period after receipt so that procedures can be taken.

 

*IMPORTANT

If the “Recipient Reservations and Observations” field, or equivalent, is not filled out as indicated in points 1. or 2., in case of damage or loss of the goods in shipment, it will not be possible to hold the carrier responsible. In this case, LAGOFRA cannot assume any type of responsibility for damages during shipment.

 

Delivery Times

LAGOFRA is open Monday to Friday, except for local, national, and international holidays. Delivery times differ depending on the destination:

  • Portugal: 3 to 7 working days

  • Europe: 5 to 12 working days

 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

All returns or exchanges requested must be expressly authorised by LAGOFRA.

Items must be sent to our address and will only be accepted with the original labels.

Responsibility for the returned item rests with the customer/reseller until we receive it. LAGOFRA is not responsible for orders lost in the shipping process. We advise you to send the order with a shipping number so that can be tracked.

Shipping costs for returned items are borne by the customer/reseller, as are any customs duties or other additional fees.

In the event of an exchange, LAGOFRA will not charge additional costs for shipping your new items. All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

In the event of a return, LAGOFRA will refund the amount received (excluding shipping costs). The refund of the amount paid on returned items will be made as soon as possible to the credit/debit card used to pay for the items in question, within a maximum period of 30 days after receipt of the item.

Please note that additional shipping costs, fees, and/or taxes will not be refunded by us.

LAGOFRA accepts product returns in the following circumstances:

  1. Products received in bad condition or badly labelled, if the responsibility can be imputed to LAGOFRA;

  2. Products received in bad condition, if the responsibility can be imputed to the carrier, as long as the conditions established in the section Shipping and Delivery are fulfilled;

  3. Products that were shipped improperly and/or badly invoiced.

All exchanges are subject to stock availability at www.lagofra.com. In case of an exchange, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can proceed with the reservation of the requested item/size.

Any complaints, exchanges, or return requests must be made within a maximum period of 14 days.

 

Damaged Products During Shipping/Delivery

Returns of damaged/defective products will only be accepted if the products have been delivered to you as damaged/defective.

LAGOFRA will take every precaution to check the product for any damage/defect before shipping it to you.

All items returned as defective items will be inspected upon receipt. Articles that show signs of use will not be accepted as defective articles.

If you want the defective item to be replaced, please let us know when you make the exchange request by contacting us via email at online@lagofra.com

Damaged products will be exchanged for the same product in the same size in case of product availability. 

In case the product is out of stock, you can choose to receive a credit note or the amount of your order for the same credit/debit card used to make the purchase.

 

Returns and Exchanges of Items in Sale

All purchases of items on sale (products presented at a reduced price) are final. Exchanges, credit notes, or returns will not be made inthe case of sales. The conditions of Exchanges and Returns will not be applied to these products.
